This 3 CD ROM is a 6 ½ hours training program that will teach you how to immediately shift yourself and your clients in the areas of performance and dysfunction.
You will learn how to release the body of its defense patterns which immediately gives massive shifts in strength, power, flexibility and endurance. With the body in balance we also impact on speed, co-ordination and balance.
The teaching will take you through a step by step system of how to implement Muscle Activation with your clients, and the results you can expect.
I hope you enjoy learning about the amazing possibilities of our physiology and what is possible.
Warm Regards
Douglas Heel
