Options in your business:
Group work: Douglas would teach the principles behind Muscle Activation and how you can apply it to your own life in areas of work, home and exercise to maximise your enjoyment and performance. These sessions can be from 1 hour to 12 hours depending on the depth you would like participants to achieve.
Individual sessions: Douglas Heel works individually with you, focusing in on specific area of concern to you. This may range from high stress levels or poor sleeping patterns to pain and injury.
CD-Rom Douglas has a Cd-Rom available that is in the format of Video and PowerPoint. Douglas takes you through what you need to know and implement these techniques daily. A snapshot of the format is below
Doug's Desktop workout: For greater continuity in using Muscle Activation, an animation series was developed that works on your computer. During the work day, "Doug" will pop up onto your screen every hour, and guide you through one activation technique which will help release stress immediately from your body.
